Adjudicators: Aled Phillips, Brian Hughes & Jean Stanley Jones
An entertaining own choice programme, up to 12 minutes long, of choral arrangements in the following styles: pop, rock, musical theatre, jazz, gospel and/or hymn, folk and/or light Welsh songs. Choirs will not be permitted to sing the same song in another category during the Eisteddfod.
Prizes:
- Cwpan Y Cymro to be held for a year, and The Ann Dwynant Medal to be held for a year will be presented to the conductor of the winning choir a £800
