Find out more about the Merched y Wawr De-ddwyrain a De Powys project, Gwlad Newydd y Merched. The members felt the need to celebrate and recognise the contribution of women to the establishment and successes of Welsh language education in Rhondda Cynon Taf.
This is an insight to the workshops to develop members skills, folk sing workshops, to inspirational speakers to Welsh medium schools in the area during this last year. This has shown how important it is for women to celebrate and record their history, in a project funded through a grant from the National Lottery Community Fund
