We are inviting expressions of interest from LGBTQ+ designers and artists to create a new logo for Mas ar y Maes
Mas ar y Maes launched in 2018 as the National Eisteddfod’s official LGBTQ+ programme. And now it's time for the project to evolve to reflect the significant changes that have taken place in the LGBTQ+ world in Wales.
Over the past few years, we've seen Welsh stars on RuPaul's Drag Race UK, an LGBTQ+ action plan from the Welsh Government, along with a host of Pride events across the country, and we want to create a brand-new image for Mas ar y Maes to celebrate it all.
We are inviting LGBTQ+ designers and artists to submit an expression of interest for the opportunity to create a new logo for Mas ar y Maes. The new artwork should represent the LGBTQ+ community, the Welsh language, Wales and inclusivity. Artists are welcome to interpret this brief as they see fit, to suit their artistic practice and vision.
