Welsh Music Prize 2023 winners Rogue Jones’ electrifying, unique live performances are as rare as they are brilliant – so be sure to catch them.

Named after a distinguished canine family descended from Gelert, arguably Wales’ most famous dog. West Walian duo Bethan Mai and Ynyr Morgan Ifan are at its core, although the headcount increases exponentially when playing live.
Second album ‘Dos Bebés’ sees the bands’ style maturing, but fortunately maturity has not dampened their spirit of invention.

The experimental popsters are at once the impish, excited upstart hanging from the chandelier and the knowing veteran toe-tapping by the bar. Fun but not frivolous, with a fair claim to being the world’s first party band for introverts.
With a set that bounds from the euphoric to the melancholic - Rogue Jones will take you everywhere.
