Pafiliwn
New competition for any combination of voices to present two contrasting self-selected pieces of up to eight minutes, to encourage new choirs, some that have been specially formed, community choirs or choirs that have not competed before to take part in the Eisteddfod
Prizes:
- £500 (Côr Godre'r Garth er cof am aelodau annwyl a gollwyd)
- £300 (Côr Philharmonic Caerdydd i nodi bod y côr wedi cychwyn fel Côr Eisteddfod Caerdydd, 1978, wrth i'r côr ddod i ben)
- £200 (er cof am Charles a Margaret Morris, Trecynon, gan Mair Treharne a Huw Morris a'u teuluoedd)
