Food tasting and launch of the book, 'The Cynon Valley - a Culinary Community'
The project aims to help people through the cost of living crisis by supporting local food pantries and growers and developing the community's cooking skills on a budget, reducing food waste and showcasing the wealth of recipes in the Cynon Valley.
The cookbook has been created for the project with every recipe tried, tested and reviewed by local people and ingredients sourced locally as much as possible.
The event is organised by Bryncynon Strategy, with funding from RCTCBC's Community Grant through the UK Government Shared Prosperity Fund.
