Cymdeithas Eisteddfodau Cymru performance competition for competitors aged between 16 and under 25
An opportunity for an individual to portray one of Wales' famous characters based on the original performances by 'Mewn Cymeriad' (In Character) company
Conditions:
- The emphasis should be on creating a light-hearted performance, which demonstrates the individual's ability to interact easily with the audience and communicate the story clearly;
- The maximum length of the performance is 5 minutes, narrated on a choice of scripts provided by Mewn Cymeriad
- Costumes and props are allowed;
- Competing in two local eisteddfodau between May 2024 and the end of April 2025 will give you the right to compete at the National Eisteddfod;
- The national winner will receive an invitation to join 'Mewn Cymeriad' company in due course for a hands-on workshop to further develop their skills.
