With thanks to Gerwyn Williams, Gwasg y Bwthyn and Aled Gwyn Job co-author of 'Llythyr Noel' and ghost writer of 'The Stamp of Innocence', this is Catrin Jones Hughes' stage adaptation of those books and her version of Noel Thomas' life; Noel Thomas, most well known as the former postmaster who was wrongfully imprisoned. Theatr Fach Llangefni is celebrating its 70th birthday this year. What better way to celebrate then than to celebrate the life of a local character who has made his mark nationally? Noel Thomas fought tenaciously over many years to regain his reputation and to see justice, despite all the power of the Post Office. Through this production we come to learn more about his upbringing and what gave him the heart and strength to overcome life's great challenges. As one that lives in the same village as Noel Thomas and his family, Catrin Jones Hughes considers it a privilege to write and direct this play and would like to thank the family especially Sian his daughter for all the cooperation and support whilst preparing for this production. Looking forward to seeing you!
