The Muni
Edward Prosser Rhys's crown-winning poem 'ATGOF' sparked outrage in 1924 for its depiction of lust and same-sex romance. Revisited through opera, dance, and film and using verbatim text, 'Bwystfilod Aflan' (“Unclean Beasts”) confronts these reactions with a fresh perspective.
Composed by Conor Mitchell, featuring performances by Elgan Llŷr Thomas and Eddie Ladd, and directed by Jac Ifan Moore.
