Care and well-being at Maes B

13 July 2017

The care and well being of Maes B visitors is vitally important to the organisers and this year we are offering a new service on the maes pebyll (campsite).

We are working with the Bangor Street Pastors, who offer a pastoral service in Bangor every weekend, and St John’s Cymru Wales, to offer a high quality care and well being service for our visitors.  Combining the work of both organisations with our own staff, the health and well-being of our visitors will be prioritised throughout the festival in the maes pebyll and Maes B.

Franco Welsh from Llantwit Major will be responsible for the food during the week, selling burgers, chips, hot dogs, pizzas, crepes, waffles, milkshakes and coffee as well as breakfast and lunch.  Food will be available until 04.00 every morning.  This is the second time for the company to work in Maes B, and such was the response last year that the service now covers the whole week and more choice.

Our sponsors, Aberystwyth University, will also have the ‘Dyma dy Le’ tepee onsite, offering a relaxing area, soft drinks and phone charging facilities.
